Balance: an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to
remain upright and steady. "she lost her balance and fell"
Today’s lesson will focus on balance and how our bodies can balance in
many different ways
Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
1. Set up – Teacher will put the Hoops and Rope in different direction
before the class.
2. Teacher Will Bring the Students from the class in a proper line taking
care of the discipline and will arrange them for the activity. Assessment Ideas:
