Introduction/Warm Up Aerobic warm up of large muscle groups and Equipment: Balloons, rubber playground ball or foam or soft
cardiovascular system - covered soccer ball.
This unit will focus on the following: Definitions (from dictionary.com)
Balance: an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to
remain upright and steady. "she lost her balance and fell"
Today’s lesson will focus on balance and how our bodies can balance in
many different ways
Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
1. Set up – Teacher will get things ready for the activity
2. Teacher Will Bring the Students from the class in a proper line taking
care of the discipline and will arrange them for the activity.
