    Introduction/Warm Up Aerobic warm up of large muscle groups and       Equipment:  Cones, Hoops, Heavy marine ropes, poly spots, balance beam,

    Balance: an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to
    remain upright and steady. "she lost her balance and fell"
    Today’s lesson will focus on balance and how our bodies can balance in
    many different ways

    Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
    1.  Set up – Teacher will put the different obstacle in different direction
       before the class
    2.  Teacher Will Bring the Students from the class in a proper line taking   Assessment Ideas: A - Student ability to hold for an extended period of time
       care of the discipline and will arrange them for the activity.     B – student’s experiencing Balance component of functional fitness C –
    3.  Teacher will start the class with the warm up Happy Feet          student’s cooperation with partner during partner tasks D – student’s ability
    4.  Teacher will introduce and explain the activity to the class After the  to participate actively, willingly, and safely in balance activities
       warm up.
    5.  Teacher will ask the students to do the activity one by one
    6.  Teacher can apply Variation or ask the students to do it again and again
    7.  Teacher will make the student play a small game called Poison after the
       activity.
    8.  Teacher will use bubble soap and the students need to pop then out
       before they fall on ground.
