Balance: an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to
remain upright and steady. "she lost her balance and fell"
Today’s lesson will focus on balance and how our bodies can balance in
many different ways
Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
1. Set up – Teacher will get things ready for the activity

distance she will help the students to basket the ball in the carton
directly and the on one bounce
