    Balance: an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to
    remain upright and steady. "she lost her balance and fell"
    Today’s lesson will focus on balance and how our bodies can balance in
    many different ways

    Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
    1.  Set up – Teacher will get things ready for the activity
    2.  Teacher Will Bring the Students from the class in a proper line taking   Assessment Ideas:

    7.  Teacher will now ask the students to perform some hand eye leg    activities
       coordination like jumping jack bounce catch, bounce sitting catch, one
       hand bounce catch, sitting bounce catch, clap toss catch and last basket
       the ball in the carton box .
    8.  Teacher will now make the student stand inside the hoop and from some
       distance she will help the students to basket the ball in the carton
       directly and the on one bounce
    Closure/Cool Down Review the activity and how our body can achieve
    benefit in different ways
