Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
1. Set up – Teacher will put the different obstacle in different direction
before the class Equipment: Cones, Hoops, Agility Ladders Big Soft Ball.
2. Teacher Will Bring the Students from the class in a proper line taking
care of the discipline and will arrange them for the activity.
3. Teacher will start the class with the warm up Happy Feet
4. Teacher will introduce and explain the activity to the class After the
warm up.
5. Kangaroo Jump - jump with both feet in each ladder space.
6. Flamingo Hop - hop on the same foot through the ladder.
7. Hip Hop - hop on one foot into the first ladder space, hop on the other
into the next space - alternate feet.
8. Slide - facing sideways move leading foot into a space, the second foot
