Balance: an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to
remain upright and steady. "she lost her balance and fell"
Today’s lesson will focus on balance and how our bodies can balance in many
different ways
Learning Activities/Teaching Strategies
1. Set up – Teacher will put dot spot in different area. Equipment: Hoops, Dot Spot, Noodles, Snake Music (optional)
2. Teacher Will Bring the Students from the class in a proper line taking
care of the discipline and will arrange them for the activity.
3. Teacher will start the class with the warm up.
4. Teacher will introduce and explain the activity to the class after WUP.
5. Teacher will make students stand on different dot spot
6. Teacher will demonstrate the activity before start to the students.
7. Teacher will ask the students to do the activity by coping him/her.
8. Teacher will Start with basic stationary movements - marching, stomping,
clapping, swinging your arms - be creative. Start off slowly doing your
