2.5 – Tables with 8 seats. Table d´hôte
Objective:
This table accommodates 8 diners, and forms the large table par excellence. Its ideal
location is in the centre of the patio, with the remaining furniture surrounding it.
It is the ideal element for creating a particularly pleasant family atmosphere, offering
endless possibilities: it is great for large families, reunions of mothers and their
children, teenagers at their lunch break, etc.
Large tables also encourage across-the-table conversations, and… why
not, may be used for birthday celebrations, weather permitting, of course!
However, keep in mind that this type of furniture should not be overused, since it
may decrease seating capacity if used by parties of less than 8 people. In other
words, there should not be more than one of these tables in outdoor areas with a
seating capacity of less than 100 people.
