Dante Ayars
Romelee Howard Scholarship Recipient

Dante Ayars of Stamford, CT is a graduating senior at the Academy of Information, Technology
and Engineering located in Stamford, Connecticut. Dante has earned a 4.4 GPA and is quite the
scholar and leader. Dante is a member of the Future Business Leaders of America (Vice President)
and currently serves as the Senior Class President.

In his Freshman year he served as the capacity of Class Treasurer and thereafter as the Class
President for the next three years. Dante volunteers with BuildingOne as a Kayak Instructor on
the weekends and with Sound waters Education Center and Environmental Awareness Group as
a Certified US Sailing Instructor. Dante also has volunteered with the New Covenant Center Soup
Kitchen for the past four years.

Dante is a member of the National Honor Society and has received the AITE Marketing Academic
Award. Dante is described by his teachers as exemplary, respectful and a budding entrepreneur.
Dante will attend Fordham University and has been admitted into the Honors Business College.
Dante will major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
