Easing out constraints in WADI interchange in coordination with
                       SUR   division to improve sectional speed:

                        SC  crew  working  till  ACC/WADI  and  vice  versa  there  by
                          decongesting SC-WADI section. This enabled smoother WADI-
                          SUH interchange.

                       Crew links review

                        Coaching crew links are revised enabling a reduction of 16

                          men requirement for express trains and resultant relief in crew
                          for goods operations.
                        By  reviewing  guard’s  link  a  net  reduction  of  34  guards  was
                          achieved.



                       GLP Check in 45 minutes:

                        GLP  Check  by  LP  &  TM  should  be  completed  within  45
                          minutes.
                        In  OCT-22,  220  GLP  checks  are  done  at  an  average  of  31
                          minutes
                       Rolling stock speed improvements

                        Processing  for  increasing  wagon  speeds  where  JSC  speeds
                          are less than that of wagon permitted speeds.
                          A total of 40 type wagons were identified and letter was sent
                          to  Sr.DEN/CO-ord  /SC  to  enhance  the  speeds  over  30

                          sections of SC division

                        Increasing  the  speeds  of  11  different  track  maintenance
                          machines to RDSO/IRTMM permitted speeds is under process
                          (Annexure Enclosed)
