i. Coaching:

 334 Numberr of VPU/VPH ‘s (Indent) were attached to various
trains, in addtion to leased VPU/VPH’s up to October – 22
and earned an revenue of Rs.4.93crores

 On day to day basis, to clear extra rush of passengers, 632
additional coaches were attached as extra rush, 538
coaches were augmented. And also 586 special trains were
run for 1738 trips up to the October – 22.
 Speed of LBH coaches is enhanced to 130kmph, 22 outgoing
trains and 16 incoming trains are run with 130kmph regularly.
 A total 18.36kms 03rd line completed up to October – 22
between BGSF-OPL stations

4. Operational Infrastructure improvement underway

Operational Infrastructure sanctioned:

a) PDPL bypass at KZJ end:

Sanctioned 3 line works between KZJ-BPQ under material
rd
modification.(Construction)

Status: Drawings and alignment is approved. Estimates

prepared. Needs to be included for material modification
and fund allocation.

b) Remodeling of Jaggayyapeta Town (JPTN) for enhancing of
CSRs and provision of “Y” connectivity towards MRCJ

siding:
Work is sanctioned for three works at JPTN yard under GM-
OOT:
A. Restoration of Y-Connectivity Rs.2.484 Cr
B. Provision of full length loading line Rs.2.49 Cr

C. Up-gradation of signaling arrangements of Y –
connectivity Rs.2.49 Cr.

Status: Tenders awarded. LOA issued. TDC- March 2023.
