(c) The accrual of dues shall not be suspended or abated for non-use of the
Club or its facilities, temporary suspension of membership or denial of the
privileges thereof, or for any other cause, including force majeure or act of
God, except as herein provided.
Section 5. Indebtedness to Club
(a) All debts due the Club by a member shall be due and payable by the
fifteenth (15th) of the month following the month in which the debts were
incurred. If a member’s due and payable indebtedness becomes past due
thirty (30) days a late fee shall be added to the due and payable
indebtedness. If a member’s due and payable indebtedness becomes past
due sixty (60) days an additional late fee shall be added to the due and
payable indebtedness, and the member’s account shall be subject to
posting. Posting for non-payment shall be approved by the Board of
Directors and shall include the member’s name and the amount of the due
and payable indebtedness. The posted information shall appear on bulletin
boards at the Club, and all membership privileges shall be denied the
member. If the member pays the due and payable indebtedness within thirty
(30) days of posting all membership privileges shall be reinstated. If a
member’s due and payable indebtedness becomes past due ninety (90)
days an additional late fee shall be added to the due and payable
indebtedness, and the membership shall be subject to forfeiture as approved
by the Board of Directors. If a member is posted for non-payment three (3)
times within a period of twelve (12) consecutive months the membership
shall be subject to forfeiture as approved by the Board of Directors. A fee
shall be added to the due and payable indebtedness for any returned check
for payment of the account of a member.
(b) The Board of Directors may adopt from time to time rules and regulations
governing the reinstatement of any member who shall have been expelled
from the Club.
(c) Stock certificates shall be non-assessable.
(d) No membership list shall be allowed outside the Club office except when
authorized by the Board of Directors.
ARTICLE V
Notices, Subscriptions and Donations
Section 1.
No notices, subscriptions, papers or petitions except those related to
Club affairs shall be posted or circulated. All notices, subscriptions, papers
or petitions that are related to Club affairs must be approved by Club
management.
Section 2.
No donations shall be made to any person or organization without
authorization of the Board of Directors.
