the various factors that should be evaluated when choosing delivery providers such as geographic coverage, compliance
with delivery laws, technology considerations and more.

During these times of continuing product shortages, how can we equitably distribute goods to our customers? How can
we best manage sporadic supply to maintain a level flow? When do we believe that things will really get better, and what
is the ‘new normal’ regarding supply of core items such as glass, paper, and wood? Forecasting is a greater challenge than
ever with the ongoing inbound supply constraints and the ‘covid influenced’ historical data, what can we do to improve?
Regulatory Compliance and Capacity: What’s Data Got to Do with It? Lawrence Welk - Mezzanine Level
Moderator: Carrie A. Christofes - National Liquor Law Enforcement Association
Speakers: Maria Cardiellos - IJUS
Danielle Ellston - New Hampshire Liquor Commission
Comprehensive alcohol regulatory and enforcement (ARE) data is important to establish the nexus between alcohol laws
and regulations and their intended public health and safety purpose. Efficient record management systems allow ARE
agencies to make data-informed decisions that drive their operations yet a third of ARE agencies report using paper
reports in the field and data systems that are antiquated, making real-time data collection and analysis difficult for many
agencies. NLLEA and NABCA are working to create national ARE standards to improve data collection and information
sharing both internally and across partner agencies and with external stakeholders who seek to support state-level
alcohol regulation through research and policy development. Come learn how these improvements will benefit ARE
agencies with solutions that meet your needs and how your state can be a pilot for testing these new standards in the
coming years.
