Innovations in technology never stop. Control jurisdictions and others are continually developing new and more
powerful mobile applications. Many control jurisdictions have implemented such technology to provide customers and
citizens with better information and tools to market products and other services of these agencies. NABCA has
implemented such technology to take SAM mobile. Control jurisdictions and NABCA will demonstrate their mobile
applications and discuss the development and advantages of these applications.

National On-Premise accounts represent a large and growing segment of the industry. With close to 7,000 actively
managed accounts in Control States (500 under Darden alone) it is vital that our supply chain and customer service are
equal to the importance of this sub-channel.

Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) involves looking at more than an individual’s age, sex or race. It can include job
functions, variations in industries, and even among the control systems, the diversity of the agencies and how they
choose to regulate beverage alcohol. For many in government, DEI is tracking as an initiative governors support as a
priority, establishing its importance. During this session, one control agency will address how it is implementing DEI
initiatives throughout and an expert on the subject will walk us through considerations and concepts for the workplace.
