Operational Excellence Guide
STOCK HANDLING (OTC)
Good stock management increases branch profit. It ensures the
right level of stock is available to customers to meet their needs and
minimises stock going out of date. Any excess stock will need to be
stored in branch which will impact the limited space you have available.
Please ensure that:
• The correct planograms are in place as per guidance issued from
Marketing
• Weekly Stock checks are completed
• Date checks and stock rotation processes are completed as per
the SOPs
• Appropriate levels of back stock are maintained
