Operational Excellence Guide
BRANCH INTERIOR
The interior of your branch is the second impression that your
customer has of your branch. It should be clean and organised. Dusty
shelves, misplaced items and stock stored in areas used by customers
will give a poor impression. A pharmacy that is well-maintained and
presents a professional, healthcare image will ultimately attract more
customers.
Please ensure that:
• All promotions have been updated and correctly displayed as per
the monthly promotional update
• All products have a price ticket displayed against the left edge of
the product
• All stock should be adequately filled and faced forward, as per the
current version of the planogram
• 'Sorry back soon’ cards are used if a product is not in stock with the
adjacent product used to double face any gaps
• Customer chairs are clean and in good condition
• The floor is clean and dry, and clear of any dust, leaves and clutter
