COUNTER AREA
The front counter area is where customers will often have their
first conversation with you. It is important that your counter area is
organised and clutter-free so that a professional appearance is given.
Please ensure that:
• The counter is clear and stock is only held in the promotional units
provided
• Pens and signing mats are always available
• The glass screen is clear of any posters or signs
• Confidential material is not stored here or visible to customers
