COMMUNICATION

There are various channels of communication, both internal and
external, within the business to ensure colleagues are kept up to date
with key tasks and timelines.
The main Internal communication consists of:

• Daily Download. Here you will find details of key message, activities
and timelines as well as Head Office support contact details.

• Speakap. Here you can make keep up to date with the latest news,
share ideas and showcase success.

Other forms of internal comms include Branch e-mails, Conference
Calls, Intranet messages, NHS mail, Regional comms and Urgent
messages.

You may also receive comms from external sources. E-mails from
external senders will be highlighted to alert the reader to be vigilant
and look out for phishing e-mails.
Please ensure that:
