CONSULTATION ROOM
As the pharmacy contract moves towards offering more services,
it is critical that the consultation room is clean and tidy and always
looks professional. A private consultation room provides you with
a better opportunity to understand your patient’s needs. It allows
privacy to complete services and an opportunity to make product
recommendations.
Please ensure that:
• A clinical and professional appearance is always maintained
• No stock or paperwork is stored within it
• When the room is not in use the PMR screen is logged out, and the
door is locked
