STOCK ORDERING

Now that most prescriptions are assembled at MediPAC you will rely
less on stock in branch. Whilst it is important to process the order, it
must not take priority over customers waiting in your branch or on the
telephone.

Please ensure that:
• Each order is reviewed before it is sent

• The PHOENIX delivery driver places the order in a location that is
suitable and not in the middle of the dispensary

• MediPAC and PilPouch totes are processed before stock
• Empty totes are stored safely, to prevent them becoming a trip
hazard
