HANGING RETRIEVAL AREA
A clear and organised retrieval area is the sign of an efficient
pharmacy. Ensure that the process of retrieving a bag and handing it
out to a patient is a quick and easy operation.
Please ensure that:
• You clear the retrieval area as per the Retrieval Management
process
• You contact patients to arrange collection of older prescriptions
• No bags are stored directly on the floor
