ASSIGNMENT OF ROLES
The pharmacy operates most efficiently when everyone is clear of the
roles that are expected of them. This helps ensure that all tasks are
completed and not duplicated.
Please ensure that:
• The following are in place:
- Colleague rota to show who will be working that day
- Workload Planner to show who is responsible for each daily
task
- Cleaning rota
• Rotas must be planned a few months in advance to account for
annual leave or busy periods
