                   The  previous  paragraphs  stated  that  the  number of new enterprises  with the
         participation of foreign investment and the creation of new  ones is  the key to  economic
         development. As noted, one of the important issues is economic stimulation and the creation
         of the necessary conditions for enterprises that attract foreign investment to our country.
              The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 7, 2011 No.
         PQ-1464 defines the following priority areas for further deepening and expanding reforms,
         liberalization and modernization of the economy, and the formation of favorable business
         activity in our country. in 2011-2015 the following were determined:
                   further development of the legislative framework and adoption of new laws;
                   creating a comprehensively favorable business environment in our country and
         regions;
                   creating favorable conditions for tax and other payments, providing benefits and
         preferences for the further development of small businesses and private entrepreneurship;
                   financial and banking system, strengthening and development of the market for
         financial and credit resources;
                   modernization of the economy and diversification of its composition through
         the implementation of an active investment policy ;
                   further liberalization of foreign economic activity, ensuring wide participation
         in it of small businesses and private entrepreneurship .
              Currently in our republic there are the following sources of investment financing:
              1. Funds of enterprises and individuals.
              2. Financing through bank loans.
              3. Financing from the state budget and extra-budgetary funds.
              4. Foreign investment.

              In recent years, the composition of investments has changed dramatically, in particular,
         the importance of investments allocated from the budget and bank loans.
              At the moment, if you look at the structural structure of financial sources of investment,
         you can observe significant changes in it (Table 4.2.2 ). The table shows that the share of the
