It should be noted that China previously launched the longest freight train route in the
world. This route connects the city of Harbin in the northeast of the country and the city of
Hamburg in Germany. China's state-owned SHRC (China Railway Construction Corporation)
is working on a high-speed rail project to California. The project cost is estimated at $68
         billion.
In 2014, speaking at the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa, Chinese Premier
Li Keqiang expressed his country's support for a plan to develop an intercontinental high -
speed train connecting Chinese capitals. African continent. It should be noted that there is
currently no rail network connecting African countries. 100 years ago, Great Britain and
France discussed the creation of a railway network in Africa, but it did not materialize.
The transport corridor, which will be created within the framework of the “One Place
         – One Road” project, will connect Australia and Indonesia, Asian countries, Europe, Africa
and Latin America with the United States. It is estimated that the New Silk Road covers more
than half of the world's population, more precisely countries where 4.4 billion people live.
Three railway tracks will be built on the land side of the New Silk Road. The northern corridor
passes through Russian territory. The central and southern corridors are planned to pass
through the territories of the countries of Central and Central Asia.

Rice. 5.1.1. The transport corridor will be organized within the framework of the “One
                                Place – One Road” project 193 .
Later, roads will be added to the railway corridors. The main route of the New Silk
Road passes through Central Asia. The length of this corridor is 6,500 kilometers, of which
4,000 kilometers are occupied by the road from the shores of the Pacific Ocean of China to
the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. From here it goes to Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey
through Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan. Oil is one step towards Europe. The sea
