11. Diverting calls
11.1 Press navigation key to menu
11.2 Select forward key
11.3 Press immediate forward + the local number
desired
11.4 Hang up the handset.
12. Deactivating diverted calls
12.1 Press navigation key to menu
12.2 Select forward key
12.3 Press “Deactivate”
12.4 Hang up the handset
13. Facsimile Machine
13.1 Insert the paper to be faxed upside down
facing the machine.
13.2 Lift handset or press “monitor” if hands free.
13.3 Dial the fax number.
13.4 Ask for a fax tone on the other party.
“Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening this is
____of Hotel May I have a fax tone please?” …
“Thank you.”
13.5 If fax tone is received, press “start” on the
machine
14. Photocopier/Scanner
14.1 Turn on the copier
14.2 Put the paper on the paper tray with the
required document size.
14.3 Open the top cover of the copier and place the
document to be copied on the glass top.
14.4 Enter number of copies
14.5 Adjust size and/ or print outcome of the copier.
14.6 Adjust copy quality as necessary.
14.7 Press “enter
14.8 Get the output copy from the tray.
15. Printer
15.1 Turn on the printer.
15.2 Put enough paper on the paper tray/bin.
15.3 Click print on your desktop or laptop.
15.4 Wait for the print out to come out.
16. Credit Card Terminal
16.1 Card Verification
16.2 Press card verification in the terminal
16.3 Swipe credit card
16.4 Indicate amount and press “Ok”
