2. In such case, the name of the Chapter shall be circulated to all chapters by the
National Treasurer.

E. Termination: If the Chapter does not comply with the policy and procedure that resulted
in the Chapter’s probation or suspension within the prescribed time, it may be terminated
by the National Executive Board. The charter of the Chapter (once terminated from
membership) shall be recalled only by the National Executive Board.

Section 4: Chapter Reinstatement

Following the Chapter's suspension from the National Organization, reinstatement shall
only be allowed as prescribed in the NCB.

ARTICLE V - Membership

Section 1: General

A. Membership in the Chapter is reserved for Active, Associate, Honorary Life, and Life
Members of the Organization that reside in the territorial boundaries as defined as
