                                                                            CONCLUSION
                                                                            Based  on  clinical results,  tapered  implants provide
                                                                            excellent initial stability and are well-suited for extraction
                                                                            sockets. They offer minimal postoperative complications
                                                                            and require less apical bone space. Loading protocols in
                                                                            implant  dentistry  enhance  predictability  and  success,
                                                                            with tapered implants proving to be a reliable choice for
                                                                            esthetic and functional outcomes. n
