To build beneficiary capacities to
transition from aid to self-
reliance, to avoid secondary
displacement, NEF will provide
financial literacy, goal setting,
communications and dialogue,
problem solving and leadership,
citizenship and peacebuilding, job
readiness, protection, and SGBV
prevention training in
a 10-day course. Trainings will be
designed to help vulnerable
. participants build confidence,
manage irregular finances and
unexpected costs, and assess and
manage risks, and manage social
tensions
