     home purchase. This includes the offer price and contingencies, such as home inspections, repairs,

     appraisals, or earnest mone .

     This is done either in person or electronicall .

     The seller s agent ma  prepare a Net Proceeds Statement  hich details the estimated costs to sell the

     home. It also includes ho  much the seller  ill actuall  recei e under the terms of the offer.

     The seller e aluates the terms of the offer, and can either accept or counter.

     If the seller accepts the offier, then the closing process begins. If the offer is countered, it is then up to

     the bu er to accept, counter, or reject the ne  offer from the seller.
