How would you describe your core competencies? Describe what you like to do most and least; can be in business
or your personal life.
A combination of KEY attributes that enables me to engage/lead the Team to deliver results immediately;
Vision: Ability to not only quickly see current issues that need to be addressed but future state as well, either issues
that will arise or creating a benefit not yet thought about.
Adaptability: Leveraging experiences and skills, while incorporating them seamlessly into a new environment, in a
way that is transparent, but yet relevant to achieving effective results and evolving the Team and Company to a
higher level of performance.
Agility/Speed: Not just about moving out with passion and energy to achieve results, but more importantly knowing
when and being able to shift. Incorporating adjustments to support changes in market, processes, operations or
customer demand, all while keeping an eye on the target.
Leadership: An inherent part of who I am; galvanized through a career of challenges; fixing what was broke, creating
what didn’t exist or elevating performance to meet future state. The ability to connect immediately to the pulse of
a company’s environment and market; while being decisive, yet taking accountability to quickly modify a decision
that needs to be changed. Through listening and intuition create an inspired environment of ownership and
continuous improvement.

What are your long-term goals and ambitions and why do you think you would fit within this company?
Be part of a leadership team that guides and grows a company, strategically focused but can execute tactically.
Through demonstrated performance and value, be provided the opportunity to grow in responsibility within the
company and not be viewed as one dimensional.
Although I function and understand the corporate structure and perform and work effectively in it, I am
entrepreneurial at heart. My career is founded on a strong Operations background which enables me to perform at
a higher level in Supply Chain, so I understand the relationship and importance of both areas so I have a very
balanced perspective of critical issues to be addressed and how to address them. These elements are foundational
to a company’s growth.
