Describe your logistics experience.
- Managed contracts and supplier performance associated with distribution and logistics of all food, beverage and
inflight service items to move product around the globe via truck, air and ocean freight.
-Directed transportation and delivery of over 3 billion gallons of jet fuel to over 300 airports in 50+ countries.
-Coordinated with aircraft interior/systems suppliers and internal transportation department to optimize use of
supplier logistics, airline’s internal fleet or third party contracts.

- Direct Sourcing: Directed the strategic sourcing and supply chain management for advanced aircraft systems,
components and structures, global jet fuel supply and energy with spend from $400M to $8.5B
- Indirect Sourcing: Directed the strategic sourcing and supplier performance for corporate services (including
campus, facilities, credit card processing, security, etc.), airport & field services (customer services, janitorial,
system/property leases, global food, beverage & catering services and logistics) with spend from $250M to $500M.
- Managed vendor/supplier relationships and performance across all direct and indirect sourcing categories
measuring against cost, quality, delivery and responsiveness.
- Created aircraft program dashboard including stop light chart measuring progress and on time delivery on weekly
basis for every major aircraft component/supplier deliverable.

- Best company is one focused on growth and expansion that values a centralized strategic procurement approach
(has one or wants one).
- Worst company for me would be one that has a decentralized approach to procurement and sees no value in
leveraging spend across divisions or departments.
- All my positions held have proven to be meaningful roles that allowed me to grow in knowledge and business
acumen, experience in various disciplines and the ability to thrive in varying environments (e.g. turnarounds,
restructuring, acquisitions, mergers, cash poor and cash rich).
Describe your quality assurance experience.
- Developed supplier selection and audit procedures to ensure compliance with FAA and all other governmental
regulations
- Managed supplier performance through monthly report cards, quarterly business reviews, root cause analysis and
cure/performance improvement plans.
- Collaborated with company quality assurance team on supplier audits to ensure compliance and reconciliation of
any findings.
- Oversaw supplier management of fuel quality at major airport fuel consortia; coordinating recovery efforts when
off-spec fuel contaminated fuel supply and required immediate steps to ensure continuous operation of flights.
