► Reduced Days Sales Inventory (DSI) from 67 to 23 days

Streamlined the SCM organization, managed budgets, revamped direction, and upgraded strategies for an
organization that was embedded in antiquated processes and procedures. Responsible for procurement,
production planning & control, demand planning and master scheduling, logistics, transportation and
compliance.

► Outsourced over $100M in spend to Asian and Eastern European low costs manufacturers Delivered a
year-over-year reduction in cost of 7%
► Reduced raw material inventories by 70% through lean manufacturing principles, specifically supplier
managed inventories and implementing a robust certified supplier program
► Introduced numerous policies and procedures to ensure both commercial and government compliance
► Co-developed and implemented a Supplier Management System that included a supplier portal, quality,
spend and contract management system
INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (December 1990 to November 1994)
Responsibilities included developing a complete end-to-end supply chain for Parker Aerospace European and
Asian outsourcing operations. Expanded the Company’s low cost country sourcing footprint into the Czech
Republic, Russia, and China.
