Accountable for all ISCM activities across seven US locations, $1.02B in spend with over 10,000 suppliers,
including all purchasing, materials, logistics and transportation, warehouse and inventory management and
compliance functions.
Key Transformational Accomplishments
► Established an Integrated Supply Chain Strategy and Council for ATK (Reporting to the CEO)
► Implemented supplier portal and measurement system resulting in 24% overhead reduction
► Delivered year-over-year material spend savings of 6% direct and 13% indirect
► Increased Perfect Order Fulfillment from 76% to 97%
► Reduced Days Sales Inventory (DSI) from 67 to 23 days
► Increased Days Sales Payables from 11 to 24 days
► Developed ISCM team assessment, rebuilt teams and implemented development programs
► Implemented government compliance processes, policies and procedures

PARKER HANNIFIN / PARKER AEROSPACE – Ogden, UT, 1984 - 2005

SR. MANAGER, Supply Chain Management/Operations (November 1994 to December 2005)
Streamlined the SCM organization, managed budgets, revamped direction, and upgraded strategies for an
organization that was embedded in antiquated processes and procedures. Responsible for procurement,
production planning & control, demand planning and master scheduling, logistics, transportation and
compliance.

Key Transformational Accomplishments
► Outsourced over $100M in spend to Asian and Eastern European low costs manufacturers Delivered a
year-over-year reduction in cost of 7%
► Reduced raw material inventories by 70% through lean manufacturing principles, specifically supplier
managed inventories and implementing a robust certified supplier program
► Introduced numerous policies and procedures to ensure both commercial and government compliance
► Co-developed and implemented a Supplier Management System that included a supplier portal, quality,
spend and contract management system

INTERNATIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (December 1990 to November 1994)
Responsibilities included developing a complete end-to-end supply chain for Parker Aerospace European and
Asian outsourcing operations. Expanded the Company’s low cost country sourcing footprint into the Czech
Republic, Russia, and China.
