What type of company is best and worst for you? Describe a position you held that you should not have accepted.
I am not a maintenance person or one who just wants to do a job and do the same thing forever. I love a challenge,
create what isn’t there, fix what is broken, improve beyond what is being done, develop the team, bring value to the
company, and help it grow.
Be a key contributor to the direction and strategic focus of the company. I am very entrepreneurial at heart and
blend that to fit within a corporate infrastructure. Being part of an environment that is growing in the right market
with the opportunity for growth and development within the company
I am looking for at least a runway that supports a career trajectory for 20 years, not looking for the next best job
Should not have Accepted
I took a Group role as a promotion and over saw Global subcontracts that total $1 billion dollars, which was
supported by 5-6 prime suppliers – more of a maintenance role which had very little challenge.
Describe your quality assurance experience.
My experience is associated with Supplier Quality which is focused on the flow down of specifications and
compliance regulation’s that a Supplier needs to address per company and customer requirements
This encompasses; audits both from a physical review of process and product, to procedures and policies. First
article certification, process validation. Tool certification compliance, control of non-conforming material, corrective
action process and procedures.
Supplier site evaluation, technical collaboration, process controls(SPC)
