Current role:
Global Procurement ERP Business Transformation Leader (Director) – currently reports to Global IT Director
Deployment Resource. Reporting team consists of global ERP functional leads (managers) and functional
deployment teams from Europe, India, China and US.

Director Americas Sourcing – reporting to VP Global Procurement
Director NA Supply Chain – reporting to VP Global Supply Chain
Director Global Quality and Lean Six Sigma – reporting to VP Global Procurement (CPO)
How deep is your Supply Chain experience? Have you functioned as the lead supply chain officer in a division or a
company? If so, what functions were your responsibilities? Have you ever created a supply chain process?
5+ years in supply chain leadership spanning make to order, engineer to order, and big box retail customer
fulfillment. Roles include six sigma black belt in materials, materials supply chain manager, and Director of NA
supply chain (Black & Decker/DeWalt). Responsibilities included creating and improving supply chain processes by
reducing lead time, optimizing inventory values and improving on time delivery to our customers. Extensive
experience in evaluating current / future state supply chain opportunities with cross-functional team involvement
and tracking accountable results.
Describe your logistics experience.
I have not specifically led logistics teams, however, as a leader in supply chain and global procurement, I am well
versed in understanding logistics both domestically and internationally to include working with freight carrier
contracts and optimizing routes by truck, water, air. In addition, experience with managing freight forwarder and
3PL business models.
