Describe your procurement and vendor management experience.

8+ years in Global Procurement Leadership to include 3 ½ years as Americas Sourcing Director, 1 ½ years as
Enterprise Productivity and Category Leader and 3 ½ years leading global procurement ERP and business
transformation. Extremely experienced in leading regional and global procurement organizations and
improvements by understanding how to best utilize people, process and system integration. Hands on experience
in leading contract discussions as well as on site supplier visits to improve elements of cost, quality and delivery to
          plants.

What type of company is best and worst for you? Describe a position you held that you should not have accepted.

I have 18+ years in fortune 500 companies (GE, Black & Decker, Ingersoll Rand), but my passion lies with leading
integrated supply chain for a smaller, more agile company looking for a hands on leader able to lead and drive
improvements across several functions. In addition, having the ability to again work closely with an organization so
closely tied to the military makes this an incredible opportunity for me to engage with.

          Describe your quality assurance experience.

5+ years in quality assurance and improvement leadership at a plant and global corporate level. My quality
background began in GE as a Six Sigma Black Belt drive statistics on high volume manufacturing. This later moved
to positions as a quality manager and master black belt where I led quality improvement efforts that improved
supplier and internal processes by more than 65%. Finally, leading Black & Decker’s industrial products division as
global quality and lean six sigma director, I established Black & Decker’s quality standards with suppliers and global
          manufacturing facilities.

How would you describe your core competencies? Describe what you like to do most and least; can be in business
          or your personal life.

Core competencies – ability to lead cross-functionally due to unique experiences in global quality, process
improvement, supply chain, global procurement and manufacturing. In addition, my strong leadership skills
initiated in the US Army and built throughout my career in operations, allows me to confidently build strong teams
who can build on their unique strengths.

What I like most – understanding current state integrated supply chain processes and working with team to
establish future state and development plan to achieve those improvements. I like a “team” environment and
being hands on throughout the improvement process.
