Salmon Patties





               2 cans of pink salmon (drain and remove any bones)
               2 eggs lightly beaten
               2 tbsp mayonnaise
               1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
               10-15 saltine cracker crumbs

               Flake the salmon and then add remaining ingredients, mix together well and form into
               patties (makes 8). Fry in hot skillet with bottom lightly coated with oil or Pam.
