                                     Great Roll Recipe




              1 cup milk
              ½ cup butter
              ⅔ cup sugar
              4 egg yolks
              4 ½ cups flour
              1 pkg dry yeast
              ½ cup warm water
              1 tsp sugar
              1 tsp salt

              Combine yeast in warm water with 1 tsp sugar. Let stand 5 minutes. Scald milk, remove
              from heat and add butter and sugar. When lukewarm, add to yeast mixture, then add well
              beaten eggs yolks. Let rise 1 hr and shape into balls and place in 9x13 pan. Let rise again
              till double in size and bake 350 for 15-25 mins. 5 minutes before they are done brush tops
              with butter. Make 24 rolls.
