Betty’s Pineapple




                                       Bread Casserole





                                            From Betty (Crouse) Christophel


                ¼ lb. butter
                1 cup sugar
                4 eggs beaten
                1 medium can crushed pineapple
                6-7 pieces bread, cubed


                Grease 1 ½ quart casserole dish. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Stir in
                pineapple and add cubes. Mix thoroughly. Bake 45 minutes, uncovered at 350. Nice
                dish to serve with ham.
