Discussion


               From  the  case  study  that  was  done  on  study  Al-Khafji  plant,  it  produces  a  184
               thousand kg/hr from 2.5 Million kg/hr enters the plant and consume 23 thousand kg
               steam to produce it and with 20 stage
               In our project we produce 14 thousand kg/hr from 1Milion kg/hr enters the flush
               vessels and without consuming any quantity of power and with just 4 stages.
               We discuss increasing the pressure of water that enters in flash vessels from 1.5 bar
               to  3  bar  for  example  we  find  that  the  mass  flow  rate  vapor  in  the  first  stage  is
               900kg/hr and when the pressure 1.5 the mass flow vapor is 833 kg/hr. and from this
               result, we deduced that increase pressure of the water enters the flush tank does not
               have a Satisfactory effect.

               And we discuss to increase the water temperature that enters the first flush vessel

               from 110  c to 120  c ,we find the mass flow rate vapor in the first flush  vessel

               increase to 19 thousand kg/hr and when the temperature is 110  c the mass flow rate
               vapor is 833 kg/hr but the heat rate increase from 80 MW to 90 MW that will increase
               the number of solar collectors and the area for the solar collector that will increase

               the cost in a comparison with 110  c enter.
