1 start in the middle of your
cord and make a bight.
Pass the two ends of the
cords, overlapped as
shown, up and to
the right.
4 now make an anti-
clockwise overhand
loop.
2 form an underhand
clockwise loop, being
sure to keep the cords
aligned as shown.
5 Pass the
ends down
through the
knot as shown, being
sure to tuck them
each side
as shown.
6 Pull out the
loops on each
side and at the
