8 Pass a second bight under, over, under, over. 10 Pass the end of the second cord
over and under four again.

ginger Knot will also need to be passed under,
or you may wish to wait to make the ginger over the first cord, then over both parts of
the second cord, then under, over the first
Knot in the second cord until after stage 10. cord again, finally passing the second cord
over both parts of the second cord at the
top left of the figure.
