PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS Section 3 Guests

Any member in good standing may introduce into the Club, as his guests, adult persons upon such terms and
conditions as the Board of Governors may determine, and such Club privileges may be extended to each guest
for a period not to exceed two weeks at any one time. Guests of members must be accompanied by such
member (or an immediate family member) in the use of the Club facilities, unless prior arrangements are made
with a Club manager.

Proposed Change:

Guests. Any member in Good Standing may introduce upon terms and conditions as the Board may
determine, and such Club privileges may be extended to each guest for a period not to exceed six (6) days
in a calendar year. Guests of members must be accompanied by such member (or Member’s Family) in
the use of the Club Facilities, unless prior arrangements are made with a General Manager. A member
introducing a guest to the Club must notify the Director of Membership forty-eight (48) hours prior to
the guest arriving at the Club. The member will provide the name of their guest and the date or dates the
guest will be at the Club.

Explanation for Proposed Change:

The proposed change is to ensure that the Board is protecting the financial obligation of each member and to
ensure the exclusivity of the membership as a whole.
