8. Original Bylaw: ARTICLE XIII ELECTION OF GOVERNORS AND OFFICERS Section 2
ARTICLE VI ELECTION OF GOVERNORS AND OFFICERS Section 2 Notification of Candidates
The Nominating Committee shall, at least thirty (30) days before the Annual Meeting, notify the membership in
writing of the candidates nominated by it shall post the list of candidates on the bulletin board at the Clubhouse
over the signature of the majority of its members and shall file a duplicate signed copy of such posting with the
Secretary. Four or more Active or Company Shareholder may also nominate candidates who are Active or
Company Shareholder for Governor by a nominating petition signed by them and filed with the Secretary not
less than fifteen (15) days before the Annual Meeting and the name of such nominee or nominees shall also be
posted on the bulletin board with a certificate of the Secretary that he or they have been duly nominated. There
shall be no nominations for Governor made in any other manner.
Proposed Change:

also nominate candidates who are Active or Corporate Shareholder for Governor by a nominating

Meeting and the name of such nominee or nominees shall also be posted on the bulletin board with a
certificate of the Secretary that he or they have been duly nominated. There shall be no nominations for
Governor made in any other manner.
Explanation for Proposed Change:
This change is being proposed to ensure that the integrity and process of the Nominating Committee would not
be superseded unless a reasonable number of members deicide to nominate a member at large.
