                          monies of the Amutah, according to the conditions as determined by the
                          administration of the Amutah.
                       c)  To participate in or to establish societies, charitable self-help funds or other projects
                          to fulfill the objectives of the Amutah
                       d)  To open and administer bank accounts, to sign on promissory notes and checks and
                          to sign whatever agreements.
                       e)  To maintain contact with governmental, municipal and public institutions and/or
                          private individuals for the advancement of the objectives of the Amutah.
                       f)  To publicize and publish circulars, booklets and other types of publications and all
                          other documents for the advancement of the goals of the Amutah.
                       g)  In general, to be involved in any other matter and to act in any other way likely to
                          aid in the objectives of the Amutah, their advancement and fulfillment.

               Article IV: Revenues of the Amutah.

               Revenues of the Amutah for the purpose of the realization of its objectives include:

               Membership dues, revenue from the use of High Holiday synagogue seats, allocations, support,
               monetary donations or the equivalent, loans and grants from individuals, from public
               institutions and organizations, in Israel or outside, from governmental authorities, from funds
               and estates, from movable or immovable property whether in Israel or outside.

               The property of the Amutah and its revenues are to be utilized for the sole purpose of its
               objectives, and the dispersal of profits or interest in any form whatsoever among its members is
               forbidden.

               The amount required for membership dues will be set by the Board.

               Article V. Amutah Membership

                   1)  Members of the Amutah
                       a)  All members of the Amutah who are presently listed in the up-to-date list of the
                          Amutah members will continue to be members of the Amutah.
                       b)  New members will be accepted to the Amutah in accordance with the following
                          rules and expectations:
                       c)  Any Jew/Jewess who wishes to be accepted as an Amutah member will submit an
                          appropriate request to the Amutah Board [one who submits a request will
                          henceforth be termed a “candidate”.] In the request the candidate will declare
                          his/her acceptance of the objectives of the Amutah and of the By-Laws, and that
                          once accepted as a member, he/she will be obligated to fulfill the directives of the
                          By-Laws and the decisions of the General Meetings of the Amutah.
                       d)  The acceptance of new members requires the authorization of the Amutah Board
