Stir-fried sliced tortilla

                                                                      Tschao Bing Sze

This is what I call - nothing can escape stir-frying, even if
                                                         it's tortilla!
This is going to be a surprisingly easy but tasty dish. You

cannot imagine what tortilla tastes like when it's not used
to wrapped, not even in its original shape, until you try it.

What to Prepare How to Make It

             1 tortilla 1. Put a pan to a medium-high.
1-2 egg 2. Cut the peppers into slices, roll the

1 pack bean sprouts, tortilla and do the same.
washed 3. Beat the egg(s) into a bowl, sprinkle salt

2 mixed bell peppers and with your whisk or spoon or
             oil chopsticks - scatter them!

salt 4. Add oil to the pan and pour in the
ground cumin scattered eggs to fry until solid, and
chili flakes send them back to the bowl - for later

             2 tsp garlic powder use.
2 tbsp light soy sauce 5. Now add the bean sprouts to the pan

optional: 1 tbsp soy and stir regularly for 2 minutes.
sauce 6. Add the peppers and continue to stir-fry

                                                            for 2 minutes.
                                                          7. And it's time to introduce our soul - add

all the flavours and stir to mix with the
                                                            vegs.
                                                          8. Allow the egg to rejoin, together with

our new friend - sliced tortilla, fry for 1
minute until both are coated with the

                                                            flavour.
                                                          9. Enjoy!

        My final words
I didn't add the recommended amount
of cumin because it will be you way - I
like to add a lot because I am a huge fan
of cumin! The same with the chili flakes.
