Stir-fried sliced tortilla
Tschao Bing Sze
This is what I call - nothing can escape stir-frying, even if
it's tortilla!
This is going to be a surprisingly easy but tasty dish. You
cannot imagine what tortilla tastes like when it's not used
to wrapped, not even in its original shape, until you try it.
1 pan

all the flavours and stir to mix with the
vegs.
8. Allow the egg to rejoin, together with
our new friend - sliced tortilla, fry for 1
minute until both are coated with the
flavour.

My final words
I didn't add the recommended amount
of cumin because it will be you way - I
like to add a lot because I am a huge fan
of cumin! The same with the chili flakes.
