C. Construction Administration Services: The Design Team shall provide the following
services for the duration of the construction period:
· Interpret the Contract Documents.

· Answer questions during construction.

· Process and Review Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples.

· Prepare Change Orders.

· Review the Contractor’s Applications for Payment and issue Certificates for

Payment.
· Conduct inspections at the dates of substantial completion and final completion and

provide a punch list of remaining work to be completed (if any) following each
inspection (2 total).
· Receive and forward warranties to the Owner.

· Issue a final Certificate for Payment.

Phase 2 – Future - Construction Phase Services for Dennis House Reconstruction
SCHEDULE
Bernardon anticipates that the project schedule for design, bidding and construction as
follows:
Bidding and Construction
· Bidding and Award 4 weeks

· Construction Phase To Be Determined

The schedule assumes meetings, reviews and approvals will be scheduled and expedited in a
timely manner. Unforeseen design issues related to the existing structure or delays in agency
approvals etc. could negatively impact the schedule.

COMPENSATION FOR PHASE 2

The following fees are based on the scope of work outlined above:
Phase 2 – Construction Phase Services for Dennis House Reconstruction
Phase 2 Construction Phase Services: Bernardon proposes to provide the construction phase
services on an hourly basis at our current rates which are subject to change annually.
Reimbursable expenses will be as noted in our Terms and Conditions.
