Bernardon anticipates that the project schedule for design, bidding and construction as
follows:
Design
· Kickoff Meeting

· DFCLT Approval of Design Development Documents 2 weeks

· Construction Documents 12 weeks

· Construction Documents Review Meeting

· Final Refinement of Construction Documents 2 Weeks

· DFCLT Approval of Construction Documents 2 weeks

Bidding and Construction Phase

The schedule assumes meetings, reviews and approvals will be scheduled and expedited in a
timely manner. Unforeseen design issues related to the existing structure or delays in agency
approvals etc. could negatively impact the schedule.
