Daniel Wrightson, AIA, LEED AP will serve as Project Director collaborating closely with Neil relative to the tasks
of organizing, executing, and coordinating project assignments, and at the appropriate time, the preparation of design
and construction documents. In addition, Dan will serve as the communication liaison throughout the project, not
only for communication with representatives of JLL - PDS, but also in-house with all design team members.

Robin E. Tait, IIDA will lead the efforts of our interior design team responsible for space planning and interior design.
Robin’s 20+ years of previous experience with science and technology clients, designing workplace environments, and
the office infrastructure of our various lab projects makes her well versed to create an interior environment for Project
Pegisis that will promote innovation, productivity, and wellness for its users.

Michael Welz, CSI, CDT will bring Bernardon’s “fresh eyes review” quality assurance program and his 35+ years of
experience to bear on behalf of JLL - PDS. Our Quality Assurance Program is designed to build high quality into the
design and construction documentation process and minimize the reliance on last-minute error detection.

Additionally, our team will be supported by other members of our 78-person firm. This level of talent will allow us to
provide the necessary resources and support to complete your project in a timely manner. Resumes of Bernardon’s
team members and that of our consulting engineers can be found within the Appendix to this submission.
