Spring House Innovation Park – Building 9
Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania
Structural design, documentation and construction administration services
were provided for renovations of the existing three-story building to create a
new office and laboratory building. The project scope included:
• Installation of a new passenger and freight elevator and infill of the existing
pit and shaft.
• Analysis of the roof structure to support new rooftop mechanical units
• Restructuring of the floors and roof to accommodate removal of existing
columns in multiple areas of the plan.

Spring House Innovation Park – Building 10
Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania
Structural design and construction administration services were provided for
renovations to the existing two-story building for a new medical office building.
This building was constructed into the existing site grading and is constructed
of a cast-in-place slabs and retaining walls. The project scope included:
• Document the installation of a new windows in the existing concrete walls.
• Provide a new elevator in the existing building.
• Analysis of the roof structure to support a new green roof element
Incyte - New Laboratory Facility
Incyte Laboratory Renovations
Wilmington, Delaware
Structural design services provided for renovations to the existing 25,000 SF,
laboratory and office building. The renovations consisted of rooftop HVAC
equipment, exterior and interior pads for generator equipment, new folding
partition, exterior wall modifications, floor & roof penetrations, existing slab
on grade removal, exterior plaza work and reconstruction, and analysis of the
existing floor structure.

Incyte - New Laboratory Facility
Wilmington, Delaware
Incyte is a global bio pharmaceutical company located in Wilmington,
Delaware. Structural design and construction administration services were
provided for a new $60M, 6-story, (plus basement and mechanical penthouse),
office and laboratory facility. The building features various laboratories, such as
chemistry, analytical, formulation and large molecule labs, including a 2-story
90,000 SF parking deck located on the existing campus. The new 200,000 SF,
building consists of 3.5 floors of laboratory space and 2.5 floors of office space,
including a new 12’ steel framed pedestrian connection bridge to the existing
campus building.

Isogen, LLC - New Processing Center
Newark, Delaware
The new Isogen center provides small-scale sterile filling for potent and non-po-
tent therapeutics. Structural design services were provided for the new 3-story,
167,300 SF, Aseptic Processing Facility featuring a combination of office and
manufacturing functions. The project also included a 1-story, 2,500 SF Central
Utility Plant Building, requiring design for equipment support/foundations.
