GARDEN STATE ENDOSCOPY

This project involved the renovation of the 1st floor of an existing multi-story office building located at
200 Sheffield Street, Mountainside, NJ. The total area of renovation was approximately 9,500 sf and
was for the construction of a new Endoscopy Suite containing (2) Class C Operating suites and (1)
procedure room with a second procedure room shell. The expectation is that the design will include all
upgrading and infrastructure to support the second procedure room in the future. Additional support
spaces include waiting and reception, pre- and post-operative staging areas, locker room, staff lounge

and back of house spacing including janitorial and scope processing rooms.
