VIRTUA HEALTH – WILLIAM G. ROHRER CENTER FOR HEALTH FITNESS
VOORHEES, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed MEP/FP design and construction administration services for the
Virtua Fitness Center Pool Renovation located in Voorhees, NJ. The project included a new air distribution
system, new plumbing fixtures, fire protection modifications and new lighting throughout the pool area.

VIRTUA HEALTH – VANTAGE SURGERY CENTER
MEDFORD, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed electrical services for the Virtua Vantage Surgery Center to
evaluate the essential electrical distribution and relevant code analysis for this 9,000 sf. surgery center. The
evaluation listed recommendations to comply with the latest version of NFPA 70.

VIRTUA HEALTH – BERLIN CAMPUS
BERLIN, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed MEP/FP design and construction administration services for the
3,000 sf Virtua Outpatient Psychiatric Assessment Program, located in Berlin, NJ. The project was a complete
renovation of the existing same day surgery suit and included consult rooms, med rooms, lounge, break
rooms, toilet rooms and IT closets.

VIRTUA HEALTH – ADVANCED SURGICAL CENTER
SEWELL, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed mechanical and electrical design and construction
administration services for the Virtua Surgical Center RTU Replacement located in Sewell, NJ. The project
included the replacement of one (1) 30-ton packaged rooftop unit, ductwork modifications, new humidifier,
control modifications and new power to the HVAC equipment. This unit serves all three (3) of the operating
rooms.

VIRTUA HEALTH – VOORHEES CAMPUS
VOORHEES, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed MEP design and construction administration services for the
Virtua Voorhees Campus Grossing Lab located in Voorhees, NJ. The project included a new lab exhaust fan,
exhaust and supply air modifications, new power for the HVAC equipment, fire protection modification.

VIRTUA HEALTH – MARLTON CAMPUS
MARLTON, NEW JERSEY
The Rock Brook Consulting Group performed mechanical and electrical design and construction
administration services for the Virtua Marlton Sterilizer Room RTU Replacement located in Marlton, NJ. The
project included the replacement of one (1) 7.5-ton packaged rooftop unit, ductwork modifications, control
modifications and new power to the unit. This unit serves the sterilizer room and dialysis.
